A Cocktail Moment with tag

Ingredients:
1 oz butterfly pea blossom gin
¾ oz lemon
1 oz simple syrup
3 oz Champagne or sparkling wine substitute
Dried butterfly pea blossoms or herbs for garnish
Double or triple portions for larger batches
Lucky 7 Steps:
1. Aside from the Champagne, mix ingredients in a shaker.
2. Add ice.
3. Shake! Shake! Shake!
4. Strain into your glass. A French 75 is typically strained into a Champagne flute, but any glassware of your choice is perfect! Here we’ve used tag’s best-selling confetti art glass. (Aren’t they beautiful?!)
5. Top glass off with Champagne.
6. Add a lemon twist (or another garnish of your choice).
7. Enjoy!
